VIDEO: „Seven metres„ - official song of Handball 2013

The World Championship has official song. Its name is Siete Metros (Seven Metres) and it has been composed and played by the Spanish band Chloe. In the lyrics, there appear some references on handball, both on the game and the phylosophy of the sport. The relationship between Chloe and our sport is not new, because their song Dejándonos llevar, was the official theme song of the Liga Asobal during two seasons. Chloe. On 2007, Chloe apperared in the Spanish musical scene becoming winners of the IV Festival Dyc Une. Moreover, the Valladolid band has been leader in the Spanish Maxi Singles list with Dejándonos llevar, an EP which includes the song with the same name and Sígueme, and anthem for Valladolid Football Club. On 2009, Chloe signed for Sony Music/Peps Records and published Y los relojes se pararon, a CD that opened the radio stations' doors to the band. With this work, Chloe became a consolidated band in the Spanish Pop Rock scene. Finally, on May, 2012, the Valladolid band presented Cartas a Miss Everglot, their third album, with eleven songs an a first single.
