VELUX EHF Champions League All-star Team named

Over 20,000 handball fans have voted for this season's All-star team in the VELUX EHF Champions League – a selection of the best eight players. This is the first time that fans have been able to select their choice from a shortlist of 32 players. Players from 15 nations and 12 clubs were represented in the online poll organised by the European Handball Federation. Nominations were based on the comprehensive performance of players throughou the season, not just their goal-getting prowess, but also their performance in defence, the number of blocks, assists and reactions in crucial moments during each match.
